A massive ‘Free Health Checkups Camp’ organized in Mumbai

Mumbai, Apr. 17 (Punjab Post Bureau) – ‘Ekata Manch’ successfully organized a colossal and grand ‘Free PPN1704201816Health Checkups, Cancer Detection Camp and Blood Donation Camp’, which included cancer and blood donation drive at Children Welfare Centre High School ground , Yari Road, Andheri (West), Mumbai. More than 160 doctors from various hospitals were present and examined more than 2000 patients. Eye checkup and distribution of spectacles, blood tests, sickness related to children and women, dental checkup, ENT (ear, nose and throat), ECG, Skin checkup, Gynaec checkup, cancer tests and various other ailments were examined free by different doctors. Also a blood donation drive was held.

                   Speaking on the occasion, Ajay Kaul, President of Ekata Manch said, “We believe in enriching the lives of people living in our society who cannot afford to get these facilities. We wish that more and more people take advantage of this camp and utilize the benefits for their betterment.”

                      Prashant Kashid, Executive Chairman of Children Welfare Centre High School, added, “The objective of this drive is to provide benefit to the unprivileged people of our society by treating different types of diseases for free.”

                                     Dignitaries like MLA Dr. Bharati Lavhekar, Ex, MLA Ashok Bhau Jadhav, Prabhag Samiti President Yogiraj Dabhadkar, Corporator Ranjana Tai Patil,Rohan Rathod, JJ Hospital’s Administrative officear Sunil Chouhan  and many others made their presence felt.
