Patna, July, 3 (Punjab Post Bureau) – A heritage walk was organized to save the heritage and monuments of Rajgir with the support of Ministry of Tourism Govt. of India, Department of Tourism Govt. of Bihar and ABTO in Rajgir. The purpose of the walk was to protect, conserve, promote and explore historic monuments for tourism. Dr. Kamlesh Kumar secretary general of ABTO said that if the monuments are saved, tourism can flourish. Councilor Meera Kumari and Umesh Rajak said that Rajgir is International Tourist place and evberyone shoul make efforts to save it. The heritage walk was started from Vasudev Mandir Sri Krishna Baithka near Taradevi Mandir and ended at the wheal sign of Rath of Lord Krishna.
Secretary Panda Committee Vikas Upadaya and Umesh upadaya of Shashi Travles urged the heritage department to protect the Gupta times monuments. Shashi and Kamal Mithless of Teachers Sangh were astonished when the saw the heritage of Rajgir. Chinese guide Rahul Vicky took the responsibility to Advertise it on Social media.
