Chitah Yajnesh Shetty conducts training on International Women’s day

Mumbai, March 10 (Punjab Post Bureau) – A self-defence training was given by Mr. Chitah Yajnesh Shetty to women PUNJ1003201908at a program  organised by the “We District 323 A 2” affiliated to the “ Association We Clubs in India” in association with the ladies wing of the Navi Mumbai Kannada Sangh on international women’s day on Friday 8th March 9, 2019.We Mala Shetty, District President  of the “We District 323 A 2” affiliated to the “ Association We Clubs in India” had taken initiative to organise this program.

                  PUNJ1003201907 On the occasion, Yajnesh Shetty, a martial art expert, actor and director advised women to increase the level of self-confidence and be mentally prepared to meet any eventuality. “On the International Women’s Day, I am honoured to conduct self defense programme for the great women at a function skillfully organized by We Mala Shetty. Women are epitome of power. Stand Strong” is the message I would like to give to all girl children and women on this international women’s day.” he added.

              A sizable number of women participated in the program and took tips of self-defence from Chitah Yajnesh Shetty. Those who attended included office bearers of the Navi Mumbai Kannada Sangh- President Sunita Lakkimar, Secretary Jyothi Prasad, Treasurer Sandhya Mohan and others.

               Chitah Yajnesh Shetty is an actor and director, known for “He is Back( 2019), “Gambler” (1995) and “Hum Tum Pe Marte Hain” (1999). He is a physical trainer of many Bollywood stars. He has taught martial arts to bollywood star Hrithik Roshan in his childhood.
