Talent Hunt event for the freshers organised at S.R Govt College of Women

Amritsar, Sept. 9 (Punjab Post Bureau) – S.R Govt College of Women organised Talent Hunt event for the freshers. The event is organized every year in which new comers exhibit their talent. This year it was a 3 day event, from 7 to 9 Sep 2016. Around 500 students of undergraduate and postgraduate classes participated in events like Declamation, Quiz, Poetical Recitation, Creative Writing, Shlok Uchcharan, Home Science events, Fine Arts items, Dance, Theatre, Fancy dress and Giddha.

On the concluding day Principal Ms. Sunita Sehgal Dhillon gave away the prizes to the winners and urged the students to recognize their capabilities and nurture them. Ms Muskaan of B.Sc.(Non-medical ) was declared Miss Fresher for her outstanding performance. The event ended with recital of National Anthem
