Veterans Day is a time to thank all those who have served in the Indian Army and guarded the nation against all odds. About 1000 Ex-servicemen gathered to celebrate the Veterans Day 2018. The basic objective behind the celebration was to honour and resolve the problems of the Ex-servicemen if any.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The event was organized in coordination with Sainik Welfare Department, Zila Sainik Welfare Board, Civil and Police administration and assistance from public and private corporations.\u00a0 A large number of military, civil, police, public &amp; private corporate officials attended the event. The event included distribution of Job Cards, hearing aids, modified scooters and various other equipments to the needy veterans. A medical camp was also organized during the event for the benefit of the veterans.
