RPO Krishan Kumar was also present during the visit. Applicants present at the office met Aujla and told their issues. Aujla said that it has been brought to his notice that there are some elements who unnecessarily delays the work of\u00a0 applicants. People from far away districts have to come many times for the work. He said that this\u00a0insensitivity\u00a0of the passport office staff will not be tolerated. A letter of the data collected has been sent\u00a0to the Consular, Passport and Visa Division (CPV) of Ministry of External Affairs for\u00a0investigation and solution.
