Even though summer vacation is going on, there was an overwhelming response from the students and the teachers of the school who attended the Yoga Camp organised in the school to commemorate the International Yoga Day. Keeping in with the theme of the Yoga Day 2018; \u2018Yoga for Peace\u2019, the students and the teachers performed many different Yog &nbsp;Asanas in unison. They were also made aware of the many physical, mental and spiritual benefits of practicing yoga. Everyone present took a pledge in the end to imbibe the habit of practicing yoga daily in their life. Regional Director Punjab Zone- A Dr. Neelam Kamra and Manager of the Dr. Rajesh Kumar, Principal DAV College Amritsar exhorted this effort and encouraged everyone to make yoga an indispensable part of their life so as to lead a healthy and peaceful life.
