Arterial grafts are much more superior and longer lasting as compared to venous grafts. LIMA (Left Internal Mammary Artery) and Radial Artery have more than 95% Patency Rate for more than 25 Yrs. This was the reason of this tough exercise. The mission of this surgery was to gift this patient a disease-free life time survival.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Bhawna Singh performed beating heart surgery with 5 Grafts using LIMA (Left Internal Mammary Artery) in a sequential manner. Left Radial Artery was also used to bypass OM1 Artery (Obtuse Marginal Artery) in a sequential manner.&nbsp; Bypass Surgeryusing Arterial Grafts for multiple targets in a sequential manner is technically challenging and time consuming. It requires a lot of skills, dedication and patient centric approach on the part of surgeon and team with no scope of slightest error.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Patient recovered very well and even his respiratory support was also removed just within two hours after surgery.&nbsp; The patient is absolutely stable now and is being discharged on 6<sup>th<\/sup> postoperative day.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Avtar Singh (Chief Orthopedic Surgeon), Dr. Amandeep Kaur (MD-cum-CEO) Amandeep Group of Hospitals,Dr. Kanwarjeet Singh (Medical Director, Amandeep Medicity), Dr. Shahbaz Singh (GM) all congratulated Dr. Yadvinder Singh, Dr. Bhawna Singh, Dr. Manish and their teams on this successful Total Arterial Bypass Surgery of the Heart.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking on the occasion Dr. Amandeep Kaur said that this successful Total Arterial Bypass Surgery has added another feather to the cap of Amandeep Group of Hospitals.
