Such proposals shall be sent to the Commission through Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) after careful examination by the Screening Committee constituted for the purpose, under the chairmanship of the Chief Secretary of the State.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">All Offices\/Departments should ensure that no proposal is sent to the Commission directly.
