Yoga session was attended by Army personnel and their families with great enthusiasm. Major General KS Brar, General Officer Commanding, Panther Division,lead by that approx one thousand soldiers &amp; their families attended this Yoga Camp. Doctor Naveen Kumar Arya who is the specialist in Yoga conducted this event and appraised everyone about the benefits of Yoga. He demonstrated various Yoga \u2018Asans\u2019 including Suray Namaskar, Pranayam, Dhyanmudra etc during this 40 minutes session. The whole day was observed as Yoga Day.
