The grand occasion was graced by Mrs. Sunita Mahajan, Mrs. Rama and Mrs. Meenakshi from Bharatiya Yog Sansthan. At the very outset, they were accorded a warm welcome by Dr. Seema Jaitley, Head, Department of Sociology.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Over 250 participants were taught Yoga Asanas by Mrs. Sunita Mahajan. A big number of BBK faculty also enthusiastically took part in yoga practice session. Addressing the participants, Mrs. Sunita Mahajan said that Yoga has the power to heal and is helpful in maintaining the equilibrium between body and mind.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia gave the message that Yoga is a combination of spirituality, meditation and exercise necessary for the holistic development of personality.
