A notification in this context has been issued.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Giving details, the spokesperson informed that PSEB shall determine and fix the criteria for passing the examination, as per its policy. Besides, as per the provisions of Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act 2009, it shall conduct an examination within two months in respect of the students who fail to pass the examination.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0in; margin-bottom: .0001pt; text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; He informed that in case a child fails in the examination and before he takes the examination conducted by the Board within a period of two months, thereafter, such a student shall be promoted provisionally in the next class.
