The team comprises Commission Member Gian Chand Diwali and Poonam Kangra would probe the issue jointly with the National Commission for Scheduled Castes and submit its report to the Commission.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Giving details in this regard, the Chairperson of Punjab State Commission for Scheduled Castes Mrs. Tejinder Kaur said that Commission had taken suo-motu of this seriously issue on the basis of news reports published on November 15 and sought comprehensive report from SSP Sangrur. She said that the Commission members Raj Kumar Hans and Poonam Kangra had met the victim family same day to initiate proceedings. The Chairperson said that on Monday she also met the family members at PGI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The Commission has decided to conduct a joint enquiry with the National Commission for Scheduled Castes to get into the bottom of the incident.
