The week will be observed from November 25 to 30 in the school. During the week the students will be guided for living a healthy life and informed about the importance of physical exercise and activity like sports for a fit body. The students were taught a few asanas of yoga which can be performed on daily basis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Regional Officer Punjab Zone \u2013 A Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra and the Manager of the school Dr. Rajesh Kumar Principal of the DAV College Hathi Gate Amritsar encouraged the students to make yoga a way of their life and reap its benefits for healthy living.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Neera Sharma Principal of the school advised the students to stay a way from of junk food and encouraged them to eat home cooked healthy food.
