The total strength of Covid Commandos is 19.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These Covid Commandos are designated as District Covid-19 Emergency Response Team.They would respond to persons and areas affected with Covid-19 within the jurisdiction of S.A.S Nagar District.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Covid Commandos are physically fit and self-motivated constables of S.A.S. Nagar Police who have &nbsp;volunteered to take upon the onerous job of Covid-19 control in this moment of extreme exigency.They will be ready for deployment in a short span of 30 minutes within entire district.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The deployment of Covid Commandos will safeguard rest of District Police from first hand dealing with Covid Positive cases and therefore, much reducing the chances of infection catching up with police personnel in the field.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Covid Commandos are provided with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) with training on its proper wear, removal, and disposal.
