Meanwhile SSP Kapurthala said that the police would provide all kind of assistance to the civil and PPCB officials to stop the farmers from this anti environment activity and to implement that at bottom level necessary institutions have been issued at the police station level.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Deputy Commissioner also said that as per the orders of NGT, heavy penalities would be imposed on the combines running without having super SMS facility, ranging from Rs. 50 thousand to one lakh.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
