The theme of the competition was \u2018Health, Hygiene and Hand made. 19 teams from different schools of Amritsar participated in the competition. The host school did not compete for the trophy. All the teams presented their salad in an innovative and creative way emphasising the value of eating healthy for physical and mental fitness. The result of the competition is as follows :<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0DAV International School &#8211; Ist<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ryan International School \u2013 2<sup>nd<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Spring Dale Sen. Sec. School \u2013 3<sup>rd<\/sup><\/li>\n<li>Sri Guru Harkrishan International School \u2013 Consolation prize<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Regional Director Amritsar Zone Dr.(Mrs.) Neelam Kamra Principal BBK DAV College for Women, Lawrence Road , Amritsar and the Manager of the school Dr.K.N. Kaul congratulated the teams for their brilliant performance. They said that it was the need of the hour to switch to healthy eating habits for living a happy life.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Dr. Neera Sharma Principal of the school said that she was happy to see young generation taking interest in healthy eating options.
