{"id":191588,"date":"2021-05-23T12:57:43","date_gmt":"2021-05-23T12:57:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/punjabpost.in\/welcome\/?p=191588"},"modified":"2021-05-23T12:57:43","modified_gmt":"2021-05-23T12:57:43","slug":"supreme-sikh-society-of-new-zealand-donate-oxygen-concentrators-to-sgpc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/punjabpost.in\/welcome\/191588","title":{"rendered":"Supreme Sikh Society of New Zealand donate oxygen concentrators to SGPC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Amritsar, May 23 (Punjab Post Bureau) &#8211; Gurdwara Sri Kalgidhar Sahib Takanini Auckland and the Supreme Sikh <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-191520 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/punjabpost.in\/welcome\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/PPNJ2205202117.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"795\" height=\"437\" srcset=\"https:\/\/punjabpost.in\/welcome\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/PPNJ2205202117.jpg 795w, https:\/\/punjabpost.in\/welcome\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/PPNJ2205202117-300x165.jpg 300w, https:\/\/punjabpost.in\/welcome\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/PPNJ2205202117-768x422.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 795px) 100vw, 795px\" \/>Society of New Zealand, has donated 15 oxygen concentrators as a support for the Covid Care Centers being set up by the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) for the Covid-19 treatment to the patients at various locations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Inspired by the SGPC president Bibi Jagir Kaur this contribution has been made by chief manager of the society Daljit Singh in collaboration with Prithipal Singh Basra and Bhavdeep Singh Dhillon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The concentrators were received by manager of Sri Darbar Sahib Gurinder Singh Mathrewal on Friday and these will be sent to Covid care centres. He said that the Supreme Sikh Society of New Zealand will send 100 concentrators out of which 15 concentrators have been received here. The rest of the concentrators will be sent soon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; It may be recalled that the SGPC has set up special wards in different districts of Punjab for the treatment of Covid-19 patients where oxygen is provided to the patients through concentrators as per the requirement.
