A large number of students, teachers, parents and ancillary staff participated in this session and displayed their prowess in the performance of Yoga Asanas. A divine ambience was created as holy mantras resounded in the atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Regional Officer Punjab Zone \u2013A Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra in her message reminded the students that yoga transcends all barriers and makes the body happy and healthy.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;The Manager of the school Dr. Pushpinder Walia in her message stressed on the importance of the day and motivated the students to incorporate yoga in their everyday life for a healthy living.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Principal of the school Mrs. Anita Mehra in her address stressed that yoga not only fosters physical and mental well being but facilitates spiritual upliftment also.
