(NSDL) organized a webinar on Introduction to Securities Market.&nbsp;The objective of this webinar was to educate the management students regarding intricacies of securities market filling the gap between theories and realities of market.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; The key speakers of the event were&nbsp;Ms. Veena Kumari from&nbsp;Securities and Exchange Board of India&nbsp;(SEBI) Mr. Ashish Kant from&nbsp;Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India&nbsp;(MSEI),&nbsp;and Ms. Himani from NSDL. Dr. Gurpreet Randhawa Head UBS inaugurated the session by highlighting the need for awareness among the educated people regarding safe and protected investment.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;The students not only got knowledge about the securities market but were also become aware about the do and don\u2019ts of the investment and recent development with regard to primary and secondary market protection measures.
