Ms. Navjot, Ms. Poonam, Ms. Manpreet, Ms. Zeba and Ms. Pooja of the college won Gold Medals in 47kg, 57kg, 63kg, 84kg and +84 kg weight categories respectively.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0In Weight Lifting Championship, college defeated HMV College Jalandhar, R.G. College Phagwara, SD College Dinanagar and BD Arya College Jalandhar. Ms. Manpreet Kaur, Ms. Navjot, Ms. Manpreet and Ms. Manpreet Kaur, of the college won Gold Medals in 58kg, 48kg, 63kg and +75 kg weight categories respectively. Eight players of the college Poonam, Manpreet, Zeba, Pooja, Manpreet, Navjot, Karamjeet and Manpreet have been selected for All India Intervarsity Power Lifting &amp; Weight Lifting Championship going to be held at PTU in Dec, 2014.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Power Lifter Ms. Poonam of the college created a record in 165 kg squat and also won silver medal in Senior National held at Mangalore.
