Sangathan, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India organized Clean India Programme launching on October 01, 2021 in 744 districts of all the states and union territories of the country.<\/p>\nAmritsar, October (Punjab Post Bureau) – Under the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence the Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India organized Clean India Programme launching on October 01, 2021 in 744 districts of all the states and union territories of the country.<\/p>\n
This program was organized by Nehru Yuva Kendra Amritsar at Company Bagh Amritsar. The chief guest of the program is counselor Mr. Sonu Dutti other guest of the program was Mr. Khushpal.<\/p>\n
At the beginning of the program Swachh Bharat Abhiyan publicity material was distributed among the youth, followed by the national anthem, followed by Rohil Kumar Katta, Accounts and Program Assistant of Nehru Yuva Kendra, Amritsar, explained the purpose of this program to the youth. he Told about the area of \u200b\u200b\u200b\u200band the purpose of starting today, got the youth to contribute in this campaign and made them resolve to clean the area around them and collect plastic from there.<\/p>\n
He told that Nehru Yuva Kendra Amritsar will organize this program in at least 150 villages of all the 9 development blocks of district Amritsar and They targeted to collect about 11000 kg plastic from Amritsar district.<\/p>\n
In the sequel of the program the Chief Guest Counselor Sonu Dutti and other guest Khushpal were honored by Akanksha Mahawaria District Youth Officer Nehru Yuva Kendra, Amritsar.<\/p>\n
Flowers were offered by paying tribute to the Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi by all the guests, officers and youth volunteers as well as youths from different areas.<\/p>\n
After this, all the guests, officers and youths started collecting plastic from every area of \u200b\u200bCompany Bagh during this time Finish Society Amritsar along with Nehru Yuva Kendra Amritsar also joined helpfully.<\/p>\n
Organized by Nehru Yuva Kendra Amritsar all the members actively participated in this program and together they collected 150 kg of plastic from Company Bagh Amritsar. Awarded to the Finnish Society Amritsar on the basis of the decision of the committee formed in the office bearers of Nehru Yuva Kendra Amritsar told that Finnish Society is making special contribution by collecting plastic from different parts of the district and using it again for recycling. Finnish Society in association with Municipal Corporation Amritsar will collect plastic through \u2018Uphaar Pao scheme\u2019.<\/p>\n
Hina Sharma District Amritsar Lead (UNDP) of Finnish Society Amritsar, along with Project Manager Arjun Ram and 50 youth of various villages and youth circles of District Amritsar participated in this program<\/p>\n
