{"id":199815,"date":"2021-11-08T19:26:12","date_gmt":"2021-11-08T19:26:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/punjabpost.in\/welcome\/?p=199815"},"modified":"2021-11-08T19:26:12","modified_gmt":"2021-11-08T19:26:12","slug":"charge-sheet-recomended-against-12-blo-for-negligence-in-election-duty","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/punjabpost.in\/welcome\/199815","title":{"rendered":"Charge sheet recomended against 12 BLO for negligence in election duty"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ERO writes to parent department &#8211; to mark entries in ACRs also<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kapurthala, November 8 (Punjab Post Bureau) &#8211; Strict action has been taken against 12 BLOs who were found absent <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-199813 size-medium alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/punjabpost.in\/welcome\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Dr.-Jaiinder-Kpl-300x279.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"279\" srcset=\"https:\/\/punjabpost.in\/welcome\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Dr.-Jaiinder-Kpl-300x279.jpg 300w, https:\/\/punjabpost.in\/welcome\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/11\/Dr.-Jaiinder-Kpl.jpg 379w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>from special camps organized on November 6 and 7 in kapurthala assembly constituency to facilitate the people at all booths for registration as voters and other election related services.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Electoral Registration Officer Kapurthala Dr. Jai inder Singh has recommended to the parent departments to issue charge sheets immediately besides marking entries in their annual confidential reports (ACR ) about the gross negligence towards the election duty.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; He said that as per the orders of Election Commission of India, special camps were organized by BLOs on November 6 and 7 at each booth to collect objections on the claims of the people for Assembly Election 2022.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; He said that 12 BLOs were found absent at the respective booths on duty on the due date and time which caused inconvenience not only to the representatives of political parties but also to the general public.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; These employees are Baljinder Singh Senior Assistant PTU, Baljinder Singh-2 Senior Assistant PTU, Narinder Singh Senior Assistant PTU, Angrej Singh Senior Assistant PTU, Dharminder Kumar, Pradeep Kumar, Ravi Kumar, Balwant Singh-1, Balwant Singh-2 (All Office Assistants), Jaswinder Singh D.P.E. Government School Saidowal, Amanpreet Kaur Sikhya Provider Govt. School Mansurwal, Ritu Devi E.T.T.
