The deplorable act has come to light on a Facebook page namely &#8216;Swami Brahmdevji Maharaj Ganganagar Wale&#8217;, which has caused protest among the Sikh Sangat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; SGPC President Harjinder Singh Dhami has condemned this act and demanded action against accused person.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8220;The disrespect of holy Gurbani cannot be tolerated and nobody has the right to distort Gurbani. Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan based Swami Brahmdev has made a post on his Facebook and presented the Gurbani after distorting it in his own style, which can never be tolerated&#8221;, said Harjinder Singh Dhami.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; He said that the SGPC has lodged a complaint to Amritsar commissioner of police for taking action in this regard.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; SGPC President said that action should be taken against the concerned person after registering a case of hurting religious sentiments.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;SGPC President expressed concern that the religious sentiments of Sikhs are often hurt and Sikh doctrines are also being tampered with on social media.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&#8220;Such acts are being done deliberately and sadly no concrete action is taken against the people doing this even after complaints.
