Dr. H.S. Nagpal, Managing Director Hartej Hospital was the Chief Guest for the inaugural ceremony of the event.A team of doctors under the supervision of Dr. KamaljitvKaur Assistant Professor Blood Bank Guru Nanak Dev Hospital conducted the camp.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Speaking on the occasion Principal Dr. PushpinderWalia said that blood is the most exquisite gift that one can give to another person. A decision to donate one\u2019s blood can save a life or even several lives. She added that BBK DAV College for Women realizes its responsibilities toward the society, and that is the reason why Blood Donation camp is an annual event of the college. And every year a large number of students come forward to voluntarily donate blood.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Dr. P.S Grover Medicaid Hospital was the Chief Guest for the closing ceremony of the camp. He congratulated the college Principal Management, staff and students for coming forward for a noble cause.
