After tracing the accused besides taking action against them under Section 295-A of the Indian Penal Code, they should be prosecuted under UAPA (Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act). It is sad that so far the accused have not been identified, which is causing a sense of protest among the Sangat\u201d, said Karnail Singh Panjoli.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; The present with Karnail Singh Panjoli includes SGPC members Harpal Singh, Jagsir Singh, Jasmer Singh, Akali leaders Sukhdev Singh, Gurdeep Singh, Bhupal Singh, Charanjit Singh, swami
