Hon\u2019ble Justice Surya Kant, Judge, Supreme Court of India will grace the occasion as Chief Guest. In addition to this, Hon\u2019ble Mr. Justice Arun Palli, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court would be the Guest of Honour, whereas Shri Vinod Ghai, Advocate General, Government of Punjab will be the Special Guest in the Seminar.\u00a0 Before address by the said dignitaries, Hon\u2019ble Justice D.N. Patel, Chairperson, TDSAT shall deliver the welcome address.<\/p>\n<p>During the Business Session, presentations\/talks will be delivered by Shri Aman Pal, Additional Advocate General, Government of Punjab, Shri Pradeep Kumar Saini, President, Amritsar Bar Association, Shri Tejveer Singh Bhatia, Ms. Payal Kakra, Shri Kunal Tandon, Shri Vibhav Srivastava and Shri Himanshu Dhawan, Advocates, on topics relating to \u201cEvolution of<\/p>\n<p>TDSAT\u201d, \u2018Standard of Quality of Service and Consumer Interest\u201c, \u201cHighlights of the Data Protection Laws in India\u201d, \u201cDispute Resolution under IT Act\u201d and \u201cDecoding the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023\u201d, in that order.<\/p>\n<p>The Seminar will comprise of an Inaugural Session followed by a Business Session, which will commence at 10.00 A.M.
