The event aimed to inspire students by reflecting upon the life, ideals, and invaluable contributions of the revered leader. Padma Shri Dr. Harmohinder Singh Bedi Chancellor Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Dharamshala, was the chief guest for the occasion.<\/p>\n<p>Addressing the gathering, Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia remarked that celebrating the birth anniversaries of great personalities is not merely an act of remembrance, but a meaningful opportunity to imbibe their values and ideals in our daily lives.<\/p>\n<p>In his keynote address, Padma Shri Dr. Harmohinder Singh Bedi elaborated upon the life and legacy of Mahatma Swami Shraddha Nand Saraswati ji, describing him as a remarkable example of sacrifice, courage, and patriotism. He highlighted Swami ji\u2019s dedication to national awakening, promotion of education, and eradication of social evils and also emphasised that many of his principles get reflected in the present National Education Policy of the country, thus resonating with the educational philosophy propounded by Mahatma Swami Shraddha Nand Saraswati ji.<\/p>\n<p>The programme concluded with a formal vote of thanks proposed by Dr. Anita Narendra Head Department of Hindi.
