The resource person was Mr. Richard George\u00a0 a Senior Trainer from Words Worth Language Training Program by PAN India Company.\u00a0 He familiarized the teachers \u00a0about the working and application of the software installed for the students from class III to class X for the English subject. He dealt with all the intricacies and\u00a0 technical aspects of the software.\u00a0 31 teachers from the English department attended the workshop . The workshop was very informative and interactive. The teachers took keen interest in the training session. After the interactive session , he also conducted a practical session with the teachers. The teachers were guided to create their own login ID\u2019s and prepare tasks for the students. The audio \u2013 video part was also dealt with. Overall, the training programme was a great success. The Principal of the school Dr. Neera Sharma thanked the resource person for his time and presented a token of gratitude to him. She said that e \u2013 teaching has become a part of our education system and teachers must be trained for the use of this technology . Education is being globalised\u00a0 and for the benefit of the students such\u00a0 workshops are must for the teachers to keep them updated. Regional Director Amritsar Zone Dr. (Mrs.) Neelam Kamra Principal BBK DAV College for Women and the Manager of the school, Dr. K.N.
