Dr. Saravjit Kaur Brar, lady Vice Chancellor and Principal Khalsa College Public School, was the Chief Guest of this inaugural ceremony. Dr. Dinesh Sharma, a Yoga expert and Ayurvedic doctor at GNDU health centre, demonstrated as well as illustrated the various Yoga Aasnas. Miss Neha Bharti enthralled the participants with her expertise in aerobics. Dr. Sharanjit Singh Dhillon, Registrar GNDU, was the special Guest of Honour. Dr. \u00a0Gurpreet Kaur, Director Life Long Learning told that this course will be different from others as Yoga Aasnas will be taught as per the pulse of the participants. Secondly, Yoga and Aerobics will be based on Music and Dance exercises.
