He was accompanied by a number of other state ministers on the occasion. Lieutenant General KJ Singh, General Officer Commanding in Chief , Western Command and Lieutenant General JS Cheema, General Officer Commanding Vajra Corps alongwith General Officer Commanding, Golden Arrow Division also graced the occasion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The function commenced with wreath laying at the war memorial of CQMH Abdul Hamid, Param Vir Chakra (Posthumous) by the Hon\u2019ble Chief Guest and Lieutenant General KJ Singh, at Asal Uttar.\u00a0 The Hon\u2019ble Chief Minister then inaugurated the Rally and Weapon Display and flagged in Army Cycle Expedition at Amarkot in the presence of approximately 1200 war veterans, 130 Veer Naris (War Widows) and an audience of about 15000.\u00a0 The Army displayed various war equipment such as Tanks, Armoured Personnel Carriers, Artillery Guns, Air Defence Guns and other small arms and equipment of the Infantry.\u00a0 The exhibition displayed various battle actions of both J&amp;K and Punjab sectors, where the war was fought.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The War Veterans and Veer Naris were felicitated by the Hon\u2019ble Chief Minister with momentos, shawls and cash awards.
