The e-lobby was inaugurated by Khalsa College Governing Council \u00a0honourary secretary and PNB Director Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina in presence of PNB Field General Manager Ashook Gulta and Circle Head Surjit Singh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The guests were earlier welcomed by Khalsa College Principal Dr.Mehal Singh.
