The college team gave a remarkable performance by winning four gold medals, two silver medals and one bronze medal. Ms. Rohini, Ms. Kanika, Ms. Amanpreet and Ms. Kirandeep won gold medals in 46 kg, 53 kg, 57 kg and 73 kg weight categories respectively, whereas Ms. Manpreet Kaur and Ms. Jagwant Kaur won silver medals in 49 kg and +75 weight categories respectively while Ms. Navjot Kaur won a bronze medal in 67 kg weight category. All the gold and silver medalist players are selected for All India Intervarsity Camp which is going to be held at GNDU Amritsar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia applauded the efforts of the Department of Sports and said that the college has always maintained excellent performance in various sports championships, thus making the institution feel proud.
