Verka has announced the launch of its two new products namely Shahi Dahi and Jeera Raita.The news has come as a whiff of fresh air for the consumers, which will add to their taste buds. Both the products are processed and packed in automatic and ISO 9001:2008 certified unit and made from freshest milk procured directly from cooperative societies maintaining full cold chain right from udder to processing &amp; packing plant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Thick, ShahiDahi comes with a rich creamy and glossy texture. It contains all the goodness of milk and high nutritional value. Being high in good fat content (4.5%) as compared to the normal dahi it is an ideal choice for kids and grownups alike. \u00a0The products were launched today at Bachat \u00a0Bhawan \u00a0by Sh. Jasdeep Singh Saini, SSP (Rural) Amritsar. He was all praise for verka for providing healthy products to the consumers and thus serving the society. He insisted the people to stay away from fast food and make healthy products, a part of their daily diet. Besides this he gave a message to the youth of Punjab to stay away from drugs, consume healthy milk products and participate whole heartedly in sports. A delicious and lip smacking raita is a perfect accompaniment of any Indian meal. \u201cAs people are getting busy, most homemade health foods need an on-the-go avatar to make them more relevant hence Verka came up with JeeraRaita.\u201d said Sh.H.S. Sandhu, General Manager, Milk Plant Verka. The Jeera Raita offers all taste and goodness of homemade raita.It aids in digestion and is low in fat. It can be used to spice up the \u201cDahivada\u201d and \u201cChaat\u201d or used as a dip for \u201cParanthas\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201dAt verka we give highest priority to purity and innovation. The new products are a step towards keeping our promise to give the consumer the pure, healthy and best of products.\u201d He added.
