HK Clarks Inn hotel has taken initiative to serve guests with its unique and traditional \u00a0Mughalai style Food Festival ( Biryani and Kabab) \u00a0which has been started \u00a0from April 1 and continue to April \u00a010 , 2016 . \u00a0While addressing Press Conference, General Manager Mr. Tarsem Singh commented that the mouth watering dishes include Akbari Murg Kabab, Kalmi Kabab, Murg Hydrabadi Biryani, Paneer Tikka, Firdosi Kabab, Kashmiri veg. Biryani, Sultana Phaldhari Til wale Aloo, Shahjahani Seekh Kabab, Awadhi Dum biryani etc which are enriched with traditional spices like \u00a0saffron, javetri and cardamom etc.. He said that Chef Mr. Surinder Kumar had \u00a0created magic with succulent Kababs and Biryani in a traditional way. These dishes \u00a0would be served by attractive mughlai attired attendants in an authentic way amidst live music.
