The resource person Neetu Dua, a renowned educationist discussed in detail with the teachers the tactics and techniques to keep mind and body balanced during the teaching in the competitive-ridden school atmosphere.\u00a0\u00a0She threw light on various factors which may distract the mind of teachers and also suggested ways to cope up them. More than 80 teachers attended the workshop and Principal Dr. Sarvjit Brar thanked her for giving valuable knowledge to the teachers whose jobs are becoming highly challengeable in the present scenario.
