College team gave a splendid show by defeating Khalsa College for Women, Amritsar, S.D. College, Dinanagar and HMV College, Jalandhar.\u00a0Ms. Kawaljit and Ms. Rajbir won two gold medals in Double Skull 1000 meter, Ms. Manpreet Kaur got one gold medal in Single Skull 1000 meter, Ms. Kirandeep Kaur bagged four silver medals in Rowing Four 1000 meter and Ms. Prabjot and Riya Saini got two silver medals in pair 1000 meter. Six players i.e. Manpreet, Rajbir, Shaveta, Riya Saini, Prabjot Kaur and Kirandeep have been selected for All India Intervarsity Camp for Rowing Championship which is going to be held at Chandigarh in the month of September, 2016. Other team members are Sukhraj and Simrandeep.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia congratulated the young achievers and motivated them to maintain their performance in future as well.
