He said Punjab has no water to spare for any of the neighbouring state and they will not not allow even a drop to go out of the state. He said he takes the judiciary in high esteem the ground realities are different and Punjab farmers\u2019 interests would be ruined if the water was spared for any other state.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 In a hard hitting statement, Chhina who appealed the state government to file a review petition before the Supreme Court on the matter meanwhile blamed the opposition Congress party for the SYL fiasco and how the party played with the interests of the state. &#8220;Whole problem of construction of SYL started during late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi\u2019s regime and thus Congress is the genesis of Punjab\u2019s troubles\u2019\u2019, said Chhina.\u00a0Chhina also termed the resignation of Congress MP from Amritsar Captain Amarinder Singh as a mere drama. &#8220;After winning the elections in 2014, Captain Amarinder did not show the face to the people here. Now he is doing the drama of tendering resignation.
