Amritsar, September 22 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Department of Mass Communication of Guru Nanak Dev University organised a lively interaction with renowned and successful artist of Hindi television industry- Aakash Talwar. The purpose for arranging the session was to guide and encourage the students who look upto Silver screen to become actors in the future.
Dr. (Prof.) Sukhprit Singh, Head, Department of Mass Communication said that through this event had acted as a torch who made an attempt to enlighten the students about the road that would lead them to their bright future.
Dr. Deepika Arora, Asst. Prof. Dept. of Mass communication who came up with the idea of the event, successfully inaugurated it by extending her heartfelt welcome to the esteemed personality TV Artist, Mr. Aakash Talwar and all the other participants of the event. The guest, through this event shared his views and experience of his time in the industry. He told the students that the industry is highly competitive and they should be prepared to move mountains to establish themselves in the industry. He shared his journey from various jobs, print adds to the successful artist in the industry. He shared that he consider his acting work as a job which he want to do with full dedication. He said whatever comes your way give your best without any fear. There was a queries session in event where actor patiently answered the queries of the keen audience. To conclude the event, the speaker presented a vote of thanks to the guests and the audience who made the event so successful.
