Buisness first portal grants in principal approval in single day for industrial unit

Kapurthala, January 16 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Under the efforts of ease of doing buisness across state with Right to buisness act 2020, the industrial unit in Kapurthala has got the in principle approval for their project in a single day after applying on the Buisness first portal.

            Deputy Commissioner Kapurthala Deepti Uppal has handed over the approval letter to Kanwaljeet Singh today that represents the Apex Eng Industry, which will invest Rs.5.30 crore to set up a battery unit for E-vehicles.

            The representative of the industry while thanking the district administration for quick response on their approach for setting up new unit said that their new unit would provide employment to 100 people directly.

            Deputy Commissioner said that the buisness first portal has provided the single window clearance to project in very short period even after getting approvals from PPCB, Forest etc.

She further said that under right to buisness act 2020, new proposed units which has to be set up in Master plans, would get the approval in 15 days and in approved industrial parks, the applicant would get the approval in 3 days only.
