DAV Public School bags top position in Table Tennis Championship

Amritsar, January 18 (Punjab Post Bureau) – DAV Public School has baged top position in Open Punjab State Table Tennis championship held at Jalandhar in December.

                  Ekta Sareen of standard XI bagged the first position In the under 14 category. She was runners up in Under 18 and was declared Punjab Champion. Nimya of standard VII bagged the third position in Punjab in the category of Under 14 both of them were awarded a sponsorship for one year by PESKO and were also given gift hampers.

                Regional Officer Punjab Zone Dr. Neelam Kamra and the Manager of the school Mrs. Pushpinder Walia congratulated the students on their stupendous performance and encouraged them to participate in such events. Principal of the school Mrs. Anita Mehra congratulated and blessed the students. She motivated them to keep marching ahead and achieve their goal.
