District administration honors 18 covid warrior for significant contribution to contain covid

Kapurthala, August 20 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The district administration headed by Deputy Commissioner Kapurthala Mrs. Deepti Uppal today honoured the 18 covid warrior for their distinguished services to contain the spread of covid besides making significant contribution to save the precious lifes during the first and second wave. These warriors included people from Kapurthala as well as Amritsar and Tarn Taran across disciplines like health dept, drivers, volunteers, lab technicians, and data entry operators.

             Hailing the efforts made by these 18 people, the Deputy Commissioner said that it was only due to the role played by these people that we are able to overcome the first two covid waves.

                All were given certificates of appreciation and momentos from the District Administration.

            The people who were awarded included Gurbhagh singh district data manager, kamaljit singh data entry operator , Gurbir singh health inspector, Gurpreet Singh lab assistant , Rajinder kaur lab technician , sonam lab technician, Sarwan Singh Driver, Dr Shubra singh, Rajat bhatia Data entry operator, Apoorv Volunteer, Divyanshu Volunteer, Navpreet kaur, Dr Ujala Home Isolation cell, Manpreet kaur Data Entry Operator, Ritu Data Entry Operator, Navneet kaur Data Entry Operator and Aatma Singh Multipurpose Health Worker.
