District Session judge flags off mobile van to spread legal awareness

Kapurthala, October 8 (Punjab Post Bureau) – District and Sessions Judge-cum-Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Kapurthala Mr. Amarinder Singh Grewal today flagged off a mobile van to spread legal awareness amongst the people in the district.

To mark the Program “Azadi Ka Anmit Mahautsav till November 14, Legal Awareness Seminars / Camps in the Villages, Morning Trips, Rallies, Speech Competitions, Articles writing and painting competitions to be organized in remote areas for legal literacy.

                 Mobile van would cover the whole district and the message of legal awareness would be delivered door-to-door.

                Mr. Mahesh Kumar Sharma, Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-Secretary informed that along with the outgoing information, legal publicity materials would also be distributed to the people so that more and more people can avail the benefits of these schemes.

               On this occasion Mr. Vikas Thakur, Mr. Vikas Opal, Mr. Pushkar Raj Coordinator, Daljit Kaur Para Legal Volunteer and all staff members of District Legal Services Authority Kapurthala were present.
