Harjinder Singh Dhami holds meeting with SGPC officials

Amritsar, December 2 (Punjab Post Bureau) – The Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) President Harjinder Singh Dhami today held a meeting with SGPC officials to ensure smooth functioning of the official work.

                SGPC President Harjinder Singh said that the Sangat keeps high hopes from the representative body (SGPC) of the Sikh community and it is our responsibility to work according to the same.

             “With the Guru’s blessing, we got the opportunity to work in the prestigious body of the Sikh Qaum (community) and we should perform our duty with dedication and determination. Very soon, sub-committees would be formed to monitor the works done by SGPC. These sub-committees will prepare their reports twice in a month and do the monitoring of the work being done”, said Harjinder Singh.

                SGPC President urged all the officials to make the performance of their respective departments more satisfactory and motivated them to streamline the arrangements.

              SGPC member Bhai Rajinder Singh Mehta, Secretary Mahinder Singh Ahli and Additional Secretary Sukhdev Singh Bhurakohna also presented their views.

              All the officials present in the meeting unanimously assured the SGPC President that they would perform their duties and responsibilities towards the organization with utmost diligence and sincerity.

          On this occasion, SGPC additional secretary Partap Singh, Bijai Singh, OSD to SGPC President Satbir Singh Dhami, assistant secretary Kulwinder Singh Ramdas, Balwinder Singh Kahlwan, Tejinder Singh Padda, Sulakhan Singh Bhagali, Harjit Singh Lalu Ghuman, Sakatar Singh, Gurmeet Singh Buttar, Harjinder Singh Kaironwal, Mukhtar Singh, Gurdial Singh, Nirveil Singh, Sukhbir Singh, Manager of Sri Darbar Sahib Gurinder Singh Mathrewal, superintendent Malkit Singh Beharwal, in-charge Shahbaz Singh and Bikram Singh and others were present.
