BBK DAV College Women organizes a Special Havan to usher in New Year 2022

Amritsar, January 2 (Punjab Pos Bureau) – To given an auspicious start to the New Year and seek divine blessings of the Almighty BBK DAV College for women organised a special havan on 1^st January, 2022. Sudarshan Kapoor Chairman Local Managing Committee was the Yajman on the occasion.

                 After invoking God as the eternal force Principal Dr. Pushpinder Walia offered a prayer of thanks to Him and wished for the peace, prosperity and happiness of every being and also hoped that the new year brings joy, good health, new hopes and possibilities and spiritual awakening in our lives. Praying for the unprecedented progress of the college, she reiterated her commitment to take it towards greater heights of glory.

                Greeting the New Year with an edifying address, Sudarshan Kapoor Chairman, LMC, extended his best wishes to everyone and highlighted the significance of love, compassion, time, equanimity and perseverance in life.

               The havan concluded with the recitation of ShantiPaath and devotional songs presented by the Department of Music. On this occasion, members of the teaching and non-teaching staff enthusiastically participated and prayed for the progress, prosperity and welfare of the college.
