Golden Arrow Division organised celebrates 75th Anniversary Independence Day

Ferozepur. August 16 (Punjab Post Bureau) – With an aim to salute the warriors of our Independence on the occasion of 76th Independence Day Golden Arrow Division organised a multitude of events from 10 to 15 Aug 2022. Bike rallies were taken out from Ferozepur to Hussainiwala,  Mida,  Muktsar & Asal Uttar. The route was through various villages with an aim to kindle the memories of our Independence warriors in the minds and hearts of people. The bike rallies also gave a chance to soldiers to interact with veterans and share reminiscences of the great sacrifices made by our martyrs for our Independence.

              Tree plantation drive was also conducted at Ferozepur Cantt.  75 trees were planted at various locations to commemorate 75 years of Independence.

                Musical performance by Army Pipe Band was organised by Golden Arrow Division to celebrate the landmark event with patriotic fervor and national spirit. These bands gave scintillating display at Serenity Park, Ferozepur, playing national and martial tunes. The inspiring tunes and performance of band was appreciated by all and received overwhelming response from the spectators.
