DAV Public Students Excel in National Level Championship

Amritsar, February 3 (Jagdeep Singh) – DAV Public School, Lawrence Road students brought great pride by securing First Position at both the National and Regional Levels  n the Product Design Competition jointly organised by FDDI and CBSE, based on the theme “Sustainability and Circularity.” The competition was conducted in online mode, wherein participants submitted a video presentation of their innovative product.

The award-winning product Boxterior a portable furniture solution made from cardboard impressed the Jury with its creativity, functionality, and eco-friendly approach. After winning the First Prize at the Regional Level the project was shortlisted for the National Level, where it once again emerged victorious. At the National Level, the team was awarded a cash prize of Rs. 25,000/-, Trophy, Medals, and Certificates.

The School Manager and Principal of BBK DAV College Amritsar Dr. Pushpinder Walia lauded the students for their outstanding performance at the national platform. She expressed pride in their achievement The Principal Dr. Pallavi  Sethi congratulated the students on their remarkable achievement and appreciated their innovative thinking and commitment to sustainable practices. She remarked that such competitions provide an excellent platform for nurturing creativity, problem-solving skills, and environmental responsibility among students.
