GNDU Postpones May 28 exams reschedules for June 12

Amritsar, May 25 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Guru Nanak Dev University has announced the postponement of all examinations scheduled for May 28, 2026. According to an official notification issued by the university, the decision was taken following the Punjab Government’s declaration of a public holiday on May 28 in place of the previously announced gazetted holiday on May 27.

The notification stated that examinations of all affiliated private colleges, professional colleges, university and constituent colleges, as well as associated institutes that were scheduled for May 28, will now be conducted on June 12, 2026 (Friday) at the same timings and examination centres.

The University further clarified that fresh dates for theory examinations scheduled at the university’s main campus and regional campuses on May 28 will be announced later in consultation with the concerned departments.

The University administration has advised students to regularly check the official website of Guru Nanak Dev University for further updates and notifications regarding the revised examination schedule.
