Recruitment Rally organized in Ferozpur Cantt.

Jalandhar, Sep. 1 (Punjab Post Bureau) – Headquarters Recruiting Zone (Punjab and J&K) organized an Army recruitment rally from 27 Aug to 1^st Sep 2018 at Capt Sunder Singh Stadium, Ferozepur Cantt. for candidates from Ferozepur, Bhatinda, Faridkot and Muktsar districts. The overall conduct of this rally was under the arrangements of local Army formation with assistance from local administration of Ferozepur district. There was overwhelming response from the candidates. Brig Jagdeep Dahiya, DDG Rtg visited the rally site on 27 and 28 Aug 2018 and interacted with candidates at various stages of their tests. Successful candidates will be inducted into the various arms and services of the army.  This will go a long way in meeting the aspirations of youth of the area, who wish to join the Army and serve the Nation.  Deputy Commissioner and Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur rendered valuable support in terms of crowd control security arrangements, medical support and provision of water and sanitation for the candidates. Brig Jagdeep Dahiya, DDG Rtg expressed deep gratitude to local army and civil authorities for their support and co-operation in the smooth conduct of the recruitment rally.
