Sushma foundation organises health check-up camp for labourers

Chandigarh, April 8 (Punjab Post Bureau) –  Sushma Foundation a nonprofit organization by celebrated World Health Day on 7th April by organising a free health check up camp in collaboration with AMCARE hospital from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm. The camp was for the labourers working at the construction site of Sushma group’s  latest residential project Sushma Valencia, a part of Sushma Downtown on PR-7 Airport Road Zirakpur. The camp included free medical check-up by general physicians, eye check-up and consultation, dental treatment, RBS test, BP and weight check-up. Around 250 construction workers including men & women labourers along with their children underwent health checkups by a team of specialized doctors of AMCARE hospital.

              Mr. Prateek Mittal Executive Director of Sushma Group said that on the occasion of world health Day it is a token of gratitude to the workers who put their heart and soul for the development of our projects. Sushma take care not just employees but also of the labourers who have a major role to ensure the success of every single project.

            Sushma Foundation has also undertaken many initiatives including major initiative of food for all, where leftover food is collected from our societies and some restaurants and is distributed among the deprived ones.”
